Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I have been with Dr. Rapoza for years -- since his first office after school. I followed him when he set up his own practice. From the beginning he has been thorough, gentle and pleasant. The quality of his work is excellent. His concern when you have an emergency is apparent. I don't have dental insurance so I left that rating empty - that is the only reason. His hygenists and office staff are also pleasant and efficient. I've never had a bad experience with anyone there. -- Loretta
