I had a horrible experience with this doctor and his staff. Our orthodontist had recommended that my 10 year old daughter have some baby teeth pulled. I made the appointment weeks in advance for 9:30 am. I was told not to give her anything to eat or drink that morning as she would receive intravenous anesthesthia. When we arrived, there were 5 other patients and their parents in the waiting room. During the two and a half hours we waited, I asked repeatedly when we would be seen. I was told by his surly receptiontist, "This isn't my schedule." As we were we walking out the door, they said they were ready for us. We should have kept on walking. After the procedure, no one could tell us if she had stiches in her mouth or not. I got the impression they couldn't wait for us to be gone. We received one phone call the next day from a nurse to see how my daughter was doing. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. His office feels like a factory, very little personal attention.
