Customer service was awful. The office cancelled my children's appt's on 4 separate occasions. When I called to reschedule, again, they were unable to schedule for 9 months. When I explained the situation and questions the time frame the receptionist (and then the officer manager on a separate call) both were very unprofessional and unhelpful.
