They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
