I went in for periodontal work. Since then my visits have been nothing more than regular cleanings and only 15-20 mins in the chair. Even though it was just a general cleaning, they coded the work as "Periodontal Maintenance" which my insurance considers "major" work so I had to pay out of pocket. They said their practice won't allow them to code the work as a general cleaning. So I canceled my next visit and am now looking for a new dentist because they can't code the work properly. When you have work done here, be careful how it's coded or you could be stuck with a bill that insurance would normally pay.

They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me.
