They woman dentist was fantastic! The Man dentist was a QUACK! He had a hard time pulling my tooth, and then blamed me! He said my tongue was in the way (what did he want me to do with it? take it out!} Then he gave me two more shot of Novocain and numbed my tongue and it's still numb!! When I called the office, they told me the numbness would go away ( that was normal).That was 5 months ago and its still numb!!! For general dentistry, the woman is great! But for Oral surgery, find another dentist! It may be low cost, but not worth the pain!!!

Another reviewer wrote the assistance and dentist were nice. This is very true but nice is not competent. I had trouble with the office staff with billing. I always promptly pay my bills but I often wouldn't get a bill until it was listed as 90 days over due. I didn't like that at all. I went there for years and about every 4th appointment I'd get a call saying the dentist would not be able to see me but I could still have my cleaning. I usually said okay. I had already made time in my schedule. I'm not sure if this was a fault of the office staff or the dentist.

Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need?
Not at all. Every time I go in they recommend an expensive procedure I don't need

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They are always so careful and meticulous. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting and very relaxing.. I had left this Dr. due to ins. reasons. Now I have new ins. and am back and have been very happy so far. My last dr. was a nitemare! Thank you for all the great care I receive.

I am switching to another dentist. I was frustrated because twice i was left in the chair to numb, which ended up wearing off and it was painful when they tried to drill into me. They told me i have 6 cavities, some being potential cavities. How do I go from a cavitity a year or so ago to six? I read a review similiar to mine,and thought maybe I should get a second opinion. I am now through my dental benefits but still have pain. I went back and they fixed one tooth but I still feel some dull pain. I was upset I was left in the chair so long twice I had to get reshot up with novacaine. My appointments lasted much longer than needed if someone would have checked on me earlier. The dentist and assistants were nice but I was upset I had to keep getting shot up after I said "it's wearing off" because I sat there for half an hour or longer each time.

I switched to Sears over a normal dentist because I have never had a problem getting in and making an appointment at the time I need. The doctor has shown the same skill and care as any other dentist and the prices are the lowest.
