They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. They didn't give me any sort of financial information until long after my procedure was already finished. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They didn't inform me that they dropped my insurance until after I paid for my final procedure. What I paid in cash was outrageous. I paid 227.00 for a two surface, wisdom tooth, white filling-no cash discounts. I have my receipt to prove it. I am 66, I have been to a few different dentist over the years, and all have given me cash discounts because it saved them from filling out insurance forms. Not the case here.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
