We have had a couple issues with them before, but nothing major till this last time. They wanted to do a procedure on my son that I told them was not covered by my insurance. The assured me it was covered 100%, so we went ahead and did the procedure. I received the bill and it wasn't covered. When I called to talk to them about it, they said it was just a courtesy for them to let me know my coverage. They continued to blame me and the insurance company for the mistake. This just isn't good or moral business practice and I would not recommend them. I am sure there are plenty of other dentists in Mt. Vernon that will be honest and treat their clients appropriately.

Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism.
