When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. But, the dentist kept talking to and looking at his assistant while sticking a needle in my gums and scraped the root of my tooth with the needle. I didn't like that.
