I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They didn't call me to remind me about my upcoming appointment, but I really didn't need a reminder. It would've been nice if they had called me but it wasn't essential. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
