Went to have an extraction and was VERY nervous. The staff was friendly and attentive. Waited less than 5 minutes. Dr. Morris was straight-forward and all business but also explained everything and very accommodating, even saying that if the extraction was too uncomfortable I could let him know and he would use nitrous oxide. He was good at administering the novacaine, it hurt a lot less than usual.
I would definitely go back.

Will turn you away even if you are in pain. They are more concerned with money than their patients. I made an appointment, then waited weeks, and was turned away when I needed a crucial extraction. The staff is extremely rude and they don't seem to care about you at all. DO NOT GO to them, ever.

I was referred to Dr. Feinberg's officer for an extraction. They're first opening was a week and a half after I called. I asked if they took my insurance and they did not. They quoted me the cost of an extraction on the phone. I showed up early for my appointment in order to fill out the usual paperwork. They kept me waiting for almost 2 hours before bringing me back to a room. It was another 15 minutes before anyone came to see me in the room. The procedure took about 5 minutes (it would have been nice if the dentist gave the local a chance to take effect before he ripped the tooth out). When I went to pay, the price was far higher than quoted. The receptionist claimed she had no idea why someone quoted me the lower price. Unfortunately I did not have that much money on me and I had to get someone to bring me some money to cover the procedure.
