I'm so confused. This is the longest we've ever waited for a dentist. The girls working the front desk need more training. From my observation, If people are waiting a long time you need to be kind enough to inform them what the hold up is. This was not done. Patients in pain need to be comforted. Not get upset during their visit.

Usually this Dental Care provider tries to fit me in fairly soon if I have an emergency. It was wonderful to have such modern equipment in this Dental Care provider's office so they could take and develop x-rays right there and very speedily too! I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. You will usually wait more than an hour for a scheduled appointment as I waited almost 2 hours. The office and staff is so disorganized they don't know what they are doing.

They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. Overbooking also leads customers to wait for an extra 1.5 hours of the appointed time. Very unprofessional.
