Dr.Kipnis was great.I felt no pain from what ever she did.I always have to wait long and it is always crowded. I was a bit nervous at fist because I'm afraid of dentist.Sometimes we have to wait long,but when u have no choice you have to.The only thing I did not like,was when I confirmed my own appt.2 days before and before I could get the words all out,she said yes you have one.I said do u see the appt.?She said yea.I went this Friday and I was not scheduled!!!! But,they put me in and had to wait 2 hrs.

Horrible. The first time I saw Dr. Kipnis I waited about an hour for a cleaning. Once in the chair, she cleaned my teeth in literally 5 minutes and sent me on my way. Never has a dentist done a thorough cleaning in 5 minutes. I had to inform her that I was concerned about a tooth that needed a crown.

A month later I'm back in the office for my 5pm appt. for a crown. I waited until 6:30 to be called into her room. She still wasn't finished with her patient. There is half a wall that separates patients. I could see her working on someone's cavity, which took another 20 min. Finally at almost 7pm, she comes to my side of the room unapologetic. She didn't tell me she was sorry for keeping me waiting or thank me for my patience. Instead, she tells me that my insurance company will not pay for my crown. I inform her that I am aware of this and would like to pay out of pocket. She then has the nerve to ask if I want to come back another day to do it or get started right then. I told her that after waiting on her for 2 hours, I was not leaving. I wanted to get started on my crown.

When she started shaving down my tooth, I could still feel it. She did not listen to me. I finally had to swat her hand away. She proceeded to give me another shot to numb the area. Only this time she held the needle into my gums as if to pain me on purpose. If she wanted me to move my head a certain direction, she didn't ask me to move it, she grabbed my face and turned it where she wanted. When she was finished, she didn't tell me she was done, didn't ask if I had any questions or concerns. She just left. I didn't even know she was gone until I realized the assistants were finishing up with me and helping me pick a tooth color.

I made my way to the front desk to make another appt for my permanent tooth and saw Dr. Kipnis was already standing at the front desk getting ready to leave. She didn't look at me. It was as if it were somehow my fault she was there so late, when I was the one who waited 2 hours on her.

I will never go back to this place again. Nor will I ever recommend it. There's a month wait between appointments and when you get to the office, there's at least an hour wait to see the dentist. When you ask the front desk how much longer you have to wait, they get an attitude. Then because the dentists have so many patients, they do rush jobs.

If you're thinking about going to kings plaza dental, don't. Save your time and money and go somewhere reliable and reputable.

Butcher shop. They have a lot of clients, so they do a sloppy job and send you on your way. First time I had a root canal done, and when I came back later for another, with now a different doctor at this same place, he told me the root canal went bad and they had to do another one in addition to the one I came for. Overpaid out of pocket for both root canals and now both are giving me problems again! some sort of infection under the crown. 2 different doctors and both don't know how to work. Save your money (not to mention your teeth) and go to a good dentist.
