All the equipment at this office seems fairly current and safe. It's definitely not top-of-the-line though. I was a little disappointed at how thoroughly the dentist examined my teeth. The hygienist never rushed my teeth cleaning. She always went above and beyond to make sure my teeth looked and felt fantastic. They were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

they are in a big hurry to get paid,lim is a good dentist but his staff is not i was not told the truth on certain things.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Never, they are very reliable.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
