Dr. Belfon Robert should not be allowed to practice he is incompetent. He is the nightmare of all dentist.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. I was satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. Dr. Belfon is the most skilled dentist in New Mexico. I trust him.

When on the phone with one of the Dr.s we talked about the charges on the bill. After I had said I felt like I was being screwed over she hung up on me. When I called back and said she shouldn't hang up on patients, she replied, "I can hang up on whoever I want." Calmly I said that I would pay the amount due each month, but to cancel all future appointments. While I was telling her this she yelled, "I don't have to listen to you! LA LA LA LA LA." Not exactly what you expect from a professional doctor when trying to make payment arrangements. Needless to say, we will not be going there again.
