They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I feel very confident to have him perform the procedure. Because of the prior experience with other doctors, I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I was surprised that I felt absolutely fantastic. Their staff is very knowledgeable, pleasant and curterious. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I love the waiting room settings, very interesting and artistic. I did not feel that I was in a dentist office. The restroom is just as amazing.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
Never, they are very reliable.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me.
