This is NOT a complaint about medical services. This is a complaint about the outrageous behavior of the front office. Two weeks before my first visit I submitted all of my inusrance information to them over the phone. Directly after my first visit I was told by a clerk that they had not contacted my insurance to see if I was covered. This clerk demanded that I pay her 75% of the first vist before she would allow me to leave, which I did, and then insisted that I sign a promissary note saying that I was responsible in full for the next procedure, whcih I did not sign. This is all before the office had even contacted my insurance company. At home I called my insurance company, who said I had no co-pay and no deductible. I later called the office back and asked to speak to the business manager, but I was denied access. I wanted to ask if they would accept my insurance's "reasonable and customary" payment schedule. When I insisted I was told by this crazy person to find another surgeon . Can you imagine that? Take my advice and don't bother with this group, unless you enjoy being treated like a felon even after you paid cash up front. This person is willfully damaging the business. Time to hire some office professionals.
