I was being here 3months ago .., and 2 had 2 time trouble ., .., because my braces fell but the employees don't want I came back ., they only want I come with next appointment.,
I don't have no choice .. I'm just waiting ..,last night when I eating the wire broken and cut my gum .., the brace fell out throught the food go down my stomach .., I'm so nervous and scary ., I can't not sleep last night .., tell me , please. What can I do now ..? Thanks for helping me ..

my son just finished getting his braces off. I am going to another orthodontist to get an evaluation. I had a difficult time getting him to wear the elastics to correct a bite problem and he only wore them 2 or 3 three times and they said his braces could come off the bite was corrected? Doesn't make sense. Also, you are charged extra for broken brackets after the first few. He had broken brackets after eating French fries and waffles. That isn't abusive biting its poor workmanship. I had another daughter that used another dentist and had 1 bracket break in 2 1/2 years. I will have to travel to her dentist to get him evaluated now

Very professional place with a personal approach to patient's needs.

Staff was very knowledgeable. courteous, and able to answer any questions I had. Dr TenBrook was knowledgeable, experienced, and educated at Harvard.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because Dr Tenbrook personally followed up with me to make sure everything was ok. Such a nice gesture made a huge difference.

I would recommend this place to a friend of family member
