I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. After a very thorough cleaning and xrays, the doctor came in and went over my treatment plan with me. He really spent some time with me and although I was not happy that I needed to finally get my work done, he explained the different options of treatment that I could do. I then sat down with Lin who was extremely knowledgable and worked with me about my financial concerns. She really helped me to financially achieve my goals!! I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I will definetly refer all of my friends and family members to Dr. V! Thank you for my wonderful new smile!!!

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

Dr Vitale, his staff are the best !
He is the best, I have been his patient for 5 or 6 years. The care he and his staff give to you is great. I have never felt so at ease with anyother Dr. He always asking how are feeling asked how you doing as he is working on you and his explaining what he will do, you are never left guessing. The whole time he is working on your teeth he always mindfull of you , and does what is best for you. His pride in his wrork tells me that he cares and loves his profession. His office is the cleanest ever. I if looking for a dentist I would recommend for sure.

They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
