The office manager ignored my questions. Told me she'd have to get back to me after speaking to Doctor Cringoli who is away most of the year (which we also were not made aware of when we agreed to have braces put on our child there. He added a new otho to the practice). When I canceled my daughter's appointment to have stage 2 braces put on, she called me and then couldn't remember our conversation which she had supposedly written down. My best advise if you are thinking of going to this office is to make sure you ask for a comprehensive estimate with a complete breakdown of all expenses especially if they say you will require two stages (don't accept an estimate for stage 1 because you will get zonked by stage 2), and then get a second opinion/estimate. I was already informed in a second opinion that my daughter should have had a palate expander in her stage 1 which she didn't (she only had braces on for 6 months). I was also told she would eventually require a herbst appliance to align her bite and that her overall treatment at this point would encompass approximately 2 1/2 years. The second doctor's overall estimate would have been considerably less had we done both stages at his practice. At Southern, we were told she would need braces for only another year, and that the braces would make her lower jaw meet the upper. This office sheilds their incompetance with a lot of bells and whistles to reel people in including free coffee and cookies, brace bucks, and give-aways (Disney trip if you refer people and win drawing), but trust me, you will pay for them! Linda, the office manager, told me that the insurance company dictates the prices orthodontists charge. As far as I know, insurance companies dictate what THEY will cover for treatment , and that amount cannot exceed more than half of an individual's out of pocket expense. Oh, and I didn't know that office managers were allowed to fix braces, but that happened when my daughter had a bracket come off once. I'm not even sure if Linda was qualified to do that. The only plus is that the office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at alI, but I sure do hope that someone investigates their disclosure practices especially how they pay for the self advertised shirts, coffee, cookies, gift cards, and giveaways (including the annual trip to Disney). If you like to gamble, you'll love it, but I personally am more concerned with #1 fixing my daughter's teeth, and #2 not having to take out a second mortgage on my house to do it.

Dr Cringoli is among the best I have seen. Everything he told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. His office was able to provide everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The office was very kid-friendly with everything from magazines to TV's in the waiting room to the great "Brace Bucks" game! I would think that kids would find this a fun place to go. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.
