my kids have always received great care there

I have been bringing my kids there for years. The doctors treat my kids with great care and I am amazed sometimes how well my children behave there. The front desk has always been polite and receptive to my needs.
I have witnessed some parents being a little demanding about appointment times, in fact I once waited 10 minutes while a parent refused every appointment offered. Then got upset. I understand that we all have busy schedules but I have always worked with their schedule because of the wonderful care my children receive.

DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! Nasty office manager, horrible "dentist" to allow the office manager to be-little the staff AND the patients.... DO NOT LET YOUR CHILD IN THAT OFFICE!

I am gratified to see that many other patients have left this practice due to the nastiness of the office manager, Sandy. I too left, after she degraded me twice, to the point that I burst into tears! I have joined a different pediatric dental practice, and am THRILLED not to have to deal with such a nasty staff ever again!
I urge all of you... do the same! LEAVE!!! They don't deserve our business!

Their staff was not friendly at all as I felt rushed and at times flustered not be be moving along quickly with the pace that was expected at the check in window. The process at check in and check out is rushed and just about every word out of the staffs mouth was contradicted by their manager or as the check out person pointed out the practice administrator. At one point the oriental girl just wrote me a note on a post-it to ignore the manager and she would call me at a later time during the day. The check out person was responsible and followed through but unfortunately after speaking with my husband we decided to take my child elsewhere for her dental treatment. The assistants and Drs' were kind of friendly, but very rushed to get patients in and out of the office to bring in another patient. I wasn't very impressed. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. The doctor and his assistant gave me time to ask questions but not in the examine room. My questions were asked directly to the doctor as he was walking me up to the desk to check out. Even though there were a lot of non English speaking patients I felt that my daughters' personal information was being discussed in the presence of others. The Dr. seemed concerned as to whether or not he was on time for his next patient and just kept asking for two tokens and complimenting my daughter on a great job. I do not feel comfortable moving forward and therefore will go to another dental office for my daughters treatment. Based on my experience, I would hesitate to recommend them to my friends or family.

I was shocked to read a really bad review. I take my two boys there
for several years now and have always been happy. Yes, it is a busy office/waiting room and the bathroom often is out of supplies. But the staff has always been kind to me and my kids as well as considerate to my scheduling needs. I would like to give an special recommendation to Dr. Choi. She is the best !

I took my child to this office for the first time last week. They operate like an assembly line. They ask you to come in a half hour earlier to fill out paperwork. One thing that I did notice was that they turned away a few patients because they were late.I even heard the office manager say "I don't care if they didn't have transportation and had to pay for a cab they cannot be seen" At one point the manager told everyone to stop what they were doing and to listen to her.Everyone out in the waiting area heard her state that she didn't care who did what but if a specific instruction was not followed she would fire that staff member on the spot and those were the instructions from the owner of the practice. You could feel the tension in checking in and checking out that the girls have to move rapidly and stay in pace as they were being watched by the manager from behind a was horrible to check in and check out and have no eye contact with the person since they have to keep up with the pace while tending to the needs of patients, answering the phone, and doing ten things at a time.I felt like a walking dollar sign throughout my entire checking out they tried to dictated when I should bring my son back.I heard the manager state that children should be taken out of school or a parent should call out of work or go in late that they would give a would she feel if her staff would have to take off everytime their child is ill or has a doctor's appointment? She made it seem that we should be grateful that we are being seen by the dentist of the basically made it seem that since we are all on medicaid, united heathcare or horizon that we should be greatful that we are accepted Anything that was said or done at the front desk she got up and had input in whatever question was asked or issue. The truth of the matter is that the women who work there have no input and were belittled by this was made very clear to me that I either took the time they offered or nothing.I certainly will never go back to this office as they have no consideration for working parents or a childs education regardless of what grade they are in.They made no attempt to help out with scheduling the appointment my child needs since he is five and can only be seen during the morning hours. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment to accomodate my needs.Bottom line is that this practice seems to be run in a way that they have to produce a certain amount of money per isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office severe tension due to bad restrooms here are not well-stocked there was no toilet paper so I had to go to the front desk to request staff made it completely obvious that they couldn't make a mistake without being belittled by the office made me uncomfortable and I absolutely will never return to this practice.I was shocked when they dismissed my scheduling concerns.I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even go out of their way for a working single parent and cannot count on others to take my child to the dentist or any waiting room is huge with about 80 or so chairs.they do not allow a parent to go in the exam room with their child if they have another children with them at the time of the visit.they tell you straight up one parent and one child.I did not feel comfortable with this situation.I called the service to speak with a doctor on call and expressed my concerns to the service and have not received a call back from decision has been not to return to this office and make a formal complaint to the medical board and my eyes that is child abuse to have a child in a room alone without a parent.
