I went for a consultation, and was advised to start pulling my son's baby teeth. I went to a different orthodontist who said to use a palate expander, that pulling teeth was a thing of the past. When I went back to Brunswick Valley to ask why they didn't want to use a palate expander, why they wanted to yank my 8-year-old's teeth, he said he thought it was necessary, but if I wanted a third opinion, I could ask an orthodontist IN HIS GROUP! Like I'd trust that answer! I thought D'Avanzo was slimy, gave indirect answers, and I would never go there again after two consultations.
