The office manager is very rude and the staff there does not let you know when the doctors are running late. This happens all the time! For all of you out there, go to a different place, they are rude and condescending, you can be waiting for 3 hours in that office. Your time is not precious and they even threatened to not to see me because I asked how much longer to be seen? And that to them was disruptive? Disruptive means when you are causing a scene, that's not causing a scene! Disruptive is when the office manager rudely interrupts my conversation with someone else and starts a scene in the office and blames it on me! These people are unprofessional and with that said, instead of being so incompetent maybe they should all take a training class on how to deal with people and provide better customer service. I do not even want to give them a star, they deserve nothing for how they treat their patients

They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better...Office Staff/Manager never smiles, looks angry all the time, very unorganized, 3 months with them and $5000 later I have not had any work done that was satisfactory.......run...don't walk away

Do not go here, pick a different dentist. After turning 18, I needed to find a new dentist because I could no longer see my pediatric dentist. Not knowing any better I picked Howell Family Dental because of the convenient loation. I was a patient for 9 years. I have excellent dental covereage and I feel they took advantage of this. Everytime 6 months they made me take x-rays even for just cleaning visits with no problems. They recommended getting a ton of "fillings" and pushed the silver fillings versus the white. They recommended unnecessary procedures, the final straw was when I sat in the chair the Dentist came in for a minute and said everyhting looks good see you in 6 months and then I said to her I noticed a roughness on my back molar which then turned into me needing two fillings. Shouldn't she have seen that when she first examined me? She also recommended putting fillings on my bottom front teeth because I "grind my teeth". Needless to say I got a second opinion and was horrified when I discovered that the second dentist said I did not need two fillings and I do not grind my teeth. What was even more horrifying was when I got my teeth cleaned at the new dentist office and the hygenist asked me who had been cleaning my teeth every 6 months, because I had years and years of tarter build up at my gum line. I was so embarrassed. I brush my teeth two times a day and floss regularly. She said the tarter build up was so bad and my gums had started to recede because of it. I'm only 27!! Obviously the dental hygenists were not doing a thorugh cleaning if they missed all this build up. But worse the old dentist never commented on the condition of my gums or re-educated me on how to properly care for my teeth! Please do not use Howell Family Dential and look for services elsewhere they will take advantage of you and provide you with poor quality service.

i went in for the second root canalon my FRONT TOOTH because the dentist did a botched up crazy job on my first and fractured my tooth.. well the second root canal he cracked my FRONT tooth right off my face. i walked around with no tooth like it was halloween! well needless to say i still have a flipper in my mouth and not a one of the doctors or front desk people cared or showed any effection after what they did to me.PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE OR ANY LOCATION THEY OWN the name of there company is Allied dental.. look them up there reviews are bad!
