Haddonfield Family Dentistry has deteriorated since the business was sold from Dr. Selzer. Can never get an appointment unless it is months in advance. There is very little accommodation.
The space is cramped and needs to be refurbished.
It is not a pleasant experience and my new provider is far superior in every way.

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

While Dr. Mertz is a very nice dentist, the owner of this practice Dr. James Wiener is careless, negligent and rude. The patient's benefits are not put first when there is a budget that won't allow for topical prior to novacaine, inferior products because better quality costs more. Patient pays the same. The machine that runs the drill and suction is old and does not suction as fast as it should. This along with other issues puts the patient at risk. Do not refer anyone or go yourself. Bad owner.

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time
