I'm a real wuss when it comes to going to the dentist. But, faced with an emergency, I called Dr. Sams' office one evening, and left a message. My call was returned within a half hour, and I was given an appointment the next morning. My emergency was taken care of, and I have become a regular patient. My only complaint is that Dr. Sams and staff keep telling funny stories when you have a mouth full of dental apparatus. Do you know how hard it is to laugh under those circumstances?

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They were so kind and attentive to me. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. I used him for an emergency (he was back up for my regular dentist, and I was highly impressed by his compassion, his professionalism, and his service. I was in such pain when I called, and although it was near closing time on Saturday, he had me come in immediately. I left with no pain, and the x-ray for my own dentist to review. I trust this professional and recommend him highly.
