STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST. This was a terrible dentist. I got a cleaning so that I could get my braces. All I needed was a dentist to fax an email to my orthodontist saying the cleaning was taken care of. I asked her to please fax a paper to let them know the cleaning had been taken care of and instead she faxed the cleaning information and all of her concerns and findings. They were not friendly, they were not helpful, and they made me wait forever. On top of everything when I got in my car from the lady picking and digging on the same front tooth constantly she ended up chipping or breaking a piece of it off. I cried for two days and I had to schedule an appointment with another dentist. IT WAS LITERALLY THE WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. DO NOT GO HERE. Heads up as well ... It is a house turned into a dental office. It is old and dirty with more old equipment than anything new. I will never ever go back to this dentist for anything. I chose to go there because it was close to my job making it convenient. It was one of the worst decisions I've ever made in my life to go there. I am not exaggerating. I patiently advise people to stay away. I put my real name as my name and not an alias, because I do not care who sees this post. I just want to let people know before they make the same mistake I did. HORRIBLE.

Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

They were nice but when it comes to charges & insurance billing they are dishonest. They accepted my insurance but billed me at higher prices than the insurance allowed. When I brought this to their attention was told they didn't have a signed contract with the company. That was an untrue statement and I was overcharged about $ 1000.00. The insurance had to get involved for them to adjust my bill. I would not return due to dishonest business practices!!

It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
