Horrific experience. It took 2 days for them to turn me away with no front teeth. He refused to do the procedure because I was upset with not having teeth. Spent no time dealing the medical issue at hand. That is why you don't pay for a consult, there isn't any. They advertise free x-ray, there aren't any. Apparently, if it's not quick and easy and with a patient who is happy about lost teeth, they aren't interested. I pulled it together and asked that they do the procedure. He refused. Rude and cold-hearted. By far, the worst experience ever. Go to Dentalworks in Wilmington. They are professionals and work with you. In the end, they offered a better long-term solution for comparable money.

The staff at desk....... rude...do not sign paper work without reading..even though they say sign, DO NOT SIGN without reading first. If you sign paper work and there are issues with your dentures, you have to pay again for another set of dentures!!!!

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
