I truly enjoy coming to Canyon View Denta. I am greeted with smiles and very good service. I am not afraid anymore to come to the dentist. I feel like a friend to everyone here. The waiting time is right on schedule. They are always listening to me in or out of the chair. I like the professional yet friendly way they handle my dentle needs whether it's the dentist or the hygienist or the office staff. During my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I am 84 years yound and I even listen to their jokes. As old as I am, I highly recommend the Drs. and their staff.

I broke one of my main teeth on a Sunday, I called Monday the next morning and left a message but no one returned my call. I ended up just going into the office around 2 p.m. I had to go to this dentist because they were the only ones who accepted care credit in Hamilton that I knew of.. When I got into the office they apologized for not returning my call from that morning. I finally saw Dr Bower and she took an xray of my broken tooth, then told me it would cost about $1000.00 plus to have it fixed, knowing that right then would be the best time to get it fixed knowing that if it got infected or to the nerve it would cost double and be a much bigger expense later on if I waited, I asked about making payments as my care credit only had $500.00 available and so I asked to make payments on the balance of $500.00, unfortunately she told me I had to pay for the entire procedure up front. Needless to say I was in disbelief because as a dentist professional this broken tooth was a minor fix vs waiting to get it fixed, I then asked how do I keep my tooth from getting infected as well as at this point hadn't gone to the nerve so it didnt need a root canal. She said just keep it clean and that when I had the $1000.00 to pay for it then she would fix it. In much disbelief that a professional who preaches on taking care of your teeth and how important all these things are would not fix my tooth without the money up front!

Sad that a profession who preaches on good oral care knowing my tooth was still ok not infected nor to the root just broke at that point and only needed a simple crown which would be less expensive then waiting to have it get infected and other procedures that this office wouldn't even so much as take payments but would rather let the person be in pain and suffer through it until they had $1000.00 plus dollars to pay for it all up front.

I was disgusted and this visit told me this office doesn't care about the patient but rather only the money, if you dont have the money up front to pay for a crown or procedure they wont even take payments! If you have a dental emergency say you break a tooth if you dont have the money to fix it before it gets worse, they will send you on your way in pain until you have the money.
