The doctor and the staff are super helpful and nice. They try to make your dental experience pleasant and make you feel calm. I not only like going to have my check up and cleanings but enjoy talking with everyone like friends. The doctor is awesome in the fact he has never hurt me and has gotten my teeth to where each time I go in I come out with a good report (no cavities!!). I will definitely continue going to The Winning Smile. At either of their two offices.

From start to finish I had a great experience. The front office was friendly and knowledgable. They got me right in and handled all of my insurance and financial concerns. The assistants were great! They explained the procedure and made me feel so comfortable. The doctor was amazing. He was so kind and gentle. I was in and out in no time. I will definitely return to The Winning Smile.

I have always had the great experience from the doc's and staff. They have provided excellent service for myself and my family for many years. I thank them for their friendly professional care.

I came into the office for a cavity fix and everything went really well. The staff here at The Winning Smile have made me feel extremely comfortable. I would recommend their service to anyone, and everyone. Thanks guys!

Had a root canal done. Have had problems with it. Went to a new Dentist found out Dr. Stevens missed a root. Not happy.

BEWARE, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AND YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY FOR THE FREE CONSULTATION. I HAVE THE EOB'S TO PROVE IT!!! DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY YOUR INSURANCE WILL PAY IF YOU DO DECIDE TO GET ANY SERVICES!! FILING A BBB COMPLAINT! They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
