Love the new office. Service and personnel are exceptional. The environment is outstanding. The dental assistant and Dr. Travis have always exceeded my expectations. So glad they have kept the office in this area.

Everyone is nice, but I have an issue with being seen or call backs. I was referred to Pine Lawn Dental Group for 2 procedures. I arrived for my appointment and after being looked at, I was told to come back once they find out if my insurance will cover an item needed for the work to be done. Well, I never got a call back from the dental office. It's been almost 2 months. I call and call and they either tell me to call them back later or the transfer me to a voice mail of someone. I've never had this problem with any dental office in my 60 years. I'm not a problem patient, so I don't know what's going with this dental office.

Dr. Travis is the best dentist I have ever been to! Staff is very friendly. There are TVs in every room. Easy to make an appointment. I would definitely recommend Pine Lawn Dental!

I was extremely satisfied with the service that I received. When I returned to have an adjustmernt/relining of my denture, the dental technician was very pleasant and patient with me. I apologized to her because she had to adjust my denture three times before I felt comfortable with it. She responded by telling me that was what she was there for and she was only doing her job. This amazed me coming from someone who looked young enough to be my great-granddaughter. Her name is Stephanie and I wish all young people today had her positive attitude and pleasant demeanor. I did not meet with any rude or unpleasant employees there; however, this young lady's response shocked me because of all the rudeness and disrespect I have received from some of today's young people.
