While Dr. Hueler himself seemed very knowledgeable and intelligent when he spoke, the behavior of the staff was absolutely unacceptable. There was very little communications and not only did they confuse the dates of my second appointment, but they were generally rude and unhelpful. The whole facility showed little concern over my well being and I almost felt rushed when asking questions about the specific surgery. The surgery itself went fine, but afterwards they didn't allow me any time to recover from the anesthesia and instead forced my mother to help me stumble to our vehicle on our own. On top of this, five weeks later I still have numbness in my lip and gum as well as some soreness in my jaw. Despite taking my personal number and assuring me they would follow up, I've had to set up a whole new appointment just to ask more questions and get some antibiotics to finally heal from what should have been a quick and easy recovery. I would definitely recommend looking at some of your other options before coming here. There are many other oral surgeons who are just as skilled with better communications skills and a more involved staff.

Never, they are very reliable.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They made sure every question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the friendly and welcoming . They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered, and I felt confident about the care recieved there. The office was easy enough to find.
