I have used the services of the Centrasota Oral Surgeons for two separate tooth exractions. I found all the staff to be kind and caring; the receptionist, dentist, dental assistant, and the billing person. Dr R. Morris is attentive to the patient's needs and is highly skilled.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
It seemed as though this Oral Surgery Center is a low client relationship/high output center. They did not schedule enough time to extract my Dad's teeth. He is 75 years old, and his teeth were not in good shape at all. They scheduled for all his teeth to come out in one day without concern for his health or well being. They thought it would be a one hour surgery. To their disappointment, they were forced to take extra time. When communicating this to me, it was obvious that they were upset that it had affected their scheduling-blaming my Dad!
The surgery was done in May, it is now July 23rd. After an extensive infection, horrible pain and protruding jaw bone having to be shaved off, he is still left with no dentures! I feel that the denture forms made before the surgery will not fit anymore, and no one wants to re-do them. My Dad's condition has been an afterthought throughout this whole ordeal.
Very Disappointed!!!!
