Most of the staff is friendly, some, more than others. I have been a patient at this clinic for over 15 years so I do know a couple of the techs that have been there as long as I have and they are very friendly, but business oriented. I absolutely love Dr. Watnick. He always seems to have my best interest at heart and goes out of his way to answer any questions I have about my glaucoma diagnosis. I have recommended others to this facility. The wait does seem to be quite excessive most of the time. He has a huge following of patients.

Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider?
Yes! It was effortless!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice
