These hack dentists didn't administer any pain medication, numbing, or gas after it was requested on his third visit, Did you bother to look at his chart and see that the last 2 times he came that he relieved medication? Just pulled out a drill and started going to town on a 5 YEAR OLD! Whats wrong with you? We will be lucky if the child will ever be able to go to a dentist again! My uncle is a retired dentist and also is a professor at a large university. We are both furious and will be taking this to the next level.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff ismost of the time, but once in a while they seem to be irritated by additional questions or appointment changes. They are professional. I was satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
