They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
