If you value your time be assured Mid-Michigan Oral Surgery will not. . If your O.K. with being treated like your doctor is doing you a favor by allowing you to be a patient then this is the place for you. . If you are used to being treated in a courteous and professional manner when paying for a service then staff will make you want to pull your teeth out yourself. .

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
