Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Dr. Friedli is professional, knowledgeable, ethical, and kindhearted with a great sense of humor. He and/or his staff are available when needed. We certainly find him to be one of this region's finest family physicians. Our family has experienced nothing but thoughtful thoroughness in care from this physician for years, so we highly recommend him.
