They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
