Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
