They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.
