This doctor is one of Michigan's best!! I trust her fully, she was the only doctor that thinks outside of the box, the only doctor out of 8 that tested me for LYME DISEASE and she has been treating me for 4 years now along with Hashimoto's.

In truth I have never visited this office. I scheduled an appointment recently. I was told that except for lab tests insurance would not cover treatment. The fee for the initial visit and workup was $400, $160 was required as a deposit (credit card). I cancelled this appointment one or two days later. I was told that of the $160 deposit only $100 would be refunded and that this wsa office policy. My response was:
1. You cannot a charge a credit card for services not rendered.
2. I was never informed of this policy up front.

If I do not receive a refund oft he entire I will put the matter into contest

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Yes, they always have specials going on
