I must say that in my years of needed dental work this office has gone out of their way to help me! They have got me in when it was an emergency and have done as much work as possible for the cheapest amount of money and that is something I can tell is a core belief not only with them but myself as well. They see the problem and handle it. That is what a dental office is all about! They always know my name and are kind to welcome me back. I recommend this dental office to anyone because they have always kept their word and never tried charging me for things I didn't need and I love the no pressure appointments! That's why I'm willing to drive from Midland to Bay City for my dental needs. Thanks again to everyone at Bay City Dental, ur the best as always😍. I recently visited the office and Dr. Kais was very nice and made me feel very comfortable which I have never had at other dentists . The staff was very nice and welcoming as well. I will definitely be going back for the rest of my dental work .

They have an awesome dentist!! Just because they accept medicaid and the name say clinic, in no means does it defy the quality of the dentistry. They are very kind and act very concerned.
