I visited this location in December of 2014 for impacted wisdom teeth. The assistant was very sweet and warm. While waiting in the waiting room I could hear the receptionists complaining about clients they spoke with on the phone. Not much interaction with me very robotic.
The dentist barley said two words to me the assistant filled me in on her findings. And spoke to the assistant to get her advice directed to me. They chose not to xray or treat me due to my pregnancy. Recently I called when I feared infection in my wisdom teeth and showed clear symptoms. When I reveled I was on state funded insurance I was told they wouldn't do anything because of the pregnancy and that it's supposed to hurt and to just deal with it. my questions were answered in harsh tones and sighs. When my husband called and asked to speak with a supervisor his call was never returned. I ended up traveling out of my way to a private dentist and was told I came in just in time because I had an infection and will be getting my tooth removed. They put my life and the life of my unborn child at risk As well as making me feel ashamed for having state insurance. I don't have state insurance because I want to, you can't control layoffs. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a receptionist. Clearly some bedside manner is missing from this establishment.

All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Not only did I find a parking spot right away but it was close to the entrance.. They made a special effort to get me my appointments because I was losing my insurance. I will would reccomend this office to everybody. Both of the doctors that I had were young and right up to parr on dentistry.Only have one negative thing to add..While I was in the waiting room a family came in with 2 sick children with terrible coughs. Either masks should be provided or a special room for ill people.

No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty

Not really, but I found a spot

No. It took me several times to get through.

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting
