They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I I can always count on them to be there for me. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
