I went to Dr. Menendez for an implant consult after I was referred to him by my general dentist. He was very informative and able to answer all my questions. The day of the surgery I was very nervous but he and his staff were able to make me very comfortable. I had absolutely no pain afterwards and was able to return to work the next day.

I would absolutely recommend him to my friends and family. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

I do NOT recommend this doctor. They sent me an invoice for an incorrect amount, which I promptly paid only to find out I actually owed $100 more. I asked them to send me a new statement and before the statement reached my address he sent me to collections. Then he increased my balance by $35 for the amount he had to pay to send me to collections. Total schmuk!
