When I moved to the Boston area and needed a new dentist. I found Quality Dental Care right across from the downtown Quincy T and it was the best dental experience I've had. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The staff is fantastic, knowledgeable and super nice! Dr. Hammoud was kind and patient. He explained everything he was doing as we went along. I highly recommend this office to everyone. They accept most all insurances and patients of all ages. They also have a multi lingual staff so there is little room for language barriers. Quality Dental Care will be my dental office for life.

well for starters I ONLY joined this website because I was looking for the number to call them and saw this review. I am SHOCKED to see what is written about this place. And I just joined to create this comment. I am originally from Maine, and moved here about 4 years ago for school. Just graduated and needed some extreme dental work done; because I ended up falling and knocking my front tooth out. I was recommended by my boss and he said that they would take GREAT care of me financially and be gentle. I honestly prior to this experience have never had a bad experience at a dental office but never really needed anything else then just a cleaning. They did a root canal, pulled a tooth, and created a bridge for me for three teeth, and when I tell you I felt NO pain during the procedure (which I have only have 2 visits so far) and am waiting to go back and get my final bridge put in- BUT I did experience a lot of pain AFTER- but lets be serious, thats EXPECTED and going to happen anywhere you go. These people asked me over and over again if I was in any pain or discomfort. They also gave me a mini video of what they were going to do... it was very helpful and eases the mind before it all happens.

like I said, I ONLY joined this website because I was searching for the number to call them, because I updated my phone and it didn't carry over my numbers, and saw the review stated below.

To whom it may concern,
After a walk in for a first time checkup at "Quality Dental Care LLC 1255 B Hancock St. Quincy 02169" I walked out with a bad service experience, no receipt, and a mouthful of hurt. Though I knew that I had receding gum line condition and several potential cavities, Dentist Zaher Hammoud assured me that I had "perfect teeth" before he commenced with his painful and unusual "cleaning" technique which focused primarily on the fronts of my teeth and the one tooth which I knew had a gum problem.
I was given no receipt before being patronized out the door, and on returning home I noticed that my gum was more receded than ever and the exposed root was painful and sensitive where it had never been before.
I called to discuss billing and unsatisfactory services and was quickly stifled and hurried off the phone. No one would talk to me. In protest I stood for all of three hours with a protest sign out in front of their establishment stating "CONFIRM YOUR SUSPICIONS - BAD DENTIST - DON'T BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF". Several locals approached me and before I could share my upsetting tale, they confided in me that they too had had horrible experiences in this dental office.
Two police men approached me towards the end of my vigil, and after relating my story to them they sympathized with me and let me be.
This dental practice must be investigated, confronted, or stopped!
