I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. Her staff is very unprofessional, and I felt bullied when trying to get a referral. I felt that they were more concerned with my insurance info than my well being. They left a message on my voice mail about needed to speak to me as soon as possible, I was concerned there were issues with my tests and i worried, I called back and they just needed more info about my insurance provider. Extremely unprofessional and caused a lot of undue stress. These practices were also reflected in how the doctor acted as well. I will not be returning to this practitioner.

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
