Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
