I've gone to this dentist for many years and I would usually have good experiences, but then it started going down hill. I scheduled an appointment to get my wisdom teeth checked because I was in pain. I was 10 minutes early and I checked in and sat down to wait. About 5 minutes later another woman walked in and checked in and sat down. About a minute later she was called in. I walked up to the secretary staff and asked her why this woman is going in before me and her response was, "Oh we mistakenly scheduled 2 appointments in the same time slot." Mind you, I had my 4 month old daughter with me waiting there as well and needing to be breastfed after waiting so long. I didn't get in until about half hour later or more. The dentist was nice and always is and I got my teeth checked and before I was about to leave, the secretary gave me a pack of breath mints and saying sorry for the inconvenience with the scheduling. I was about to find a new dentist at that point, but I said I'll give it another try. So, I go in again a few months down the road for my wisdom teeth again and when I show up, there is nobody there and the door is locked. I'm sitting there waiting in my car (with my newborn again) deciding whether or not I should leave. They ended up showing up and I went inside to check in. There was a young girl about 14-15 years old or so at the desk and I tell her what I'm there for and she says, "yeeahhhh...." and doesn't do anything else and I thought this was unprofessional. So I sat down an waited. And then they are telling me they can't find my file and are looking through all their cabinets and rushing around and I'm thinking, "I'm a regular here, what is going on?" and they finally find it. And again, I was seen by the dentist and then I left. I called in a few weeks later to schedule an appointment and I'm on the phone with the secretary explaining what's going on and I got hung up on! They didn't bother to call me back either, and I didn't care. I've had it with the staff over there. They are always rude, unprofessional and need to get their act together. The dentist is a nice man and works well with his patients but I'm tired of all the scheduling issues and rudeness from the staff. It wasn't like this years ago, I don't know what happened. I'm switching over to my husbands dentist at Baystate Family Dental in Worcester, they are very nice over there.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
