The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I would recommend Dr Joshi to anyone. He has been my family Dr for about 20 years. I have tried numerous Dr's in the past and none have compared to Joshi's care.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
